Durango Acute Treatment Unit (ATU)

Designed for adults aged 18 and older in need of 24/7 medically supervised psychiatric care.

Fax: Submit a referral packet to 970-403-0191, including the following documents (if available):

• Current demographics sheet
• Crisis evaluation
• Medical clearance records
• Any applicable legal documentation
• Follow-Up: We will initiate contact within one hour to confirm the details and discuss next steps.
