Melissa Rogers, APN

Melissa Rogers, APN, is an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in providing comprehensive patient care in various healthcare settings. She joins the team at Cortez Integrated Healthcare and provides comprehensive primary care. Her nursing education includes an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Tyler Junior College and a Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University.  

Rogers possesses a broad range of clinical skills, including conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, prescribing medications, and performing outpatient procedures. Her experience includes working with the Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation, NaphCare at Pueblo County Detention Center, and Pueblo Community Health Center. 

 Rogers is skilled in addressing diverse healthcare needs, including acute and chronic care assessment, transgender health, and Hepatitis C management. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and has been recognized among the 2016 Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare & Top Registered Nurses in Colorado. Rogers’ goal is to continue making a positive impact on the lives of her patients and their families by providing high-quality, compassionate care. When she’s not working, she enjoys tending to her rose gardens, spending time with her husband and pets, or losing herself in a good book for hours.
