Axis Health System will be closing the Hotchkiss site effective January 31, 2025. To ensure continuity of care for patients in the Hotchkiss area and surrounding communities, we will:
- Redirect patients to our Delta location, where they will have access to a full range of services, either directly or through referral with partners.
- Expand telehealth services to address the needs of patients unable to travel to Delta.
